For maintenance reasons, no artificial items such as flowers, wreaths, crosses, statuary, glass items, etc are permitted on the gravesites from May 1st to October 1st.  You can, however, place artificial flowers in approved cemetery vases or in vases that are attached to the stone itself.

Fresh flowers, approved solar lights and eternal flames are permitted during this time.
